MDC and Takenaka forms joint venture company

Two leading design and construction companies, Makati Development Corporation (MDC) of the Philippines, and Takenaka Corporationof Japan, recently finalized an agreement to establish MDTK Corporation. A ceremonial launch event was held last March 21, 2024 in Makati City and was attended by top executives from Ayala Corporation, Ayala Land, Inc., MDC, and Takenaka.
