Ayala Land is top PH company at 19th International Business Awards
Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) won the most number of Stevies among Philippine corporations at the 19th annual International Business Awards. ALI bagged a total of 12 Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevies at the business awards program which recognizes the achievements of organizations and working professionals worldwide.
Winners of this year’s awards were selected from over 3,700 nominations submitted by organizations from around the world. More than 300 executives globally participated on 11 juries to determine the Stevie winners.
Among ALI’s Gold Stevie award wins was its Makati Pedestrian Underpass Mural project called Co-Existence. The project, wherein a mural by artists Janica Rina and Jerson Samson was painted on the ceiling of the busy Legazpi Underpass in Makati, was part of ALI’s advocacy to promote ‘walkability’ and to support the arts as an enduring presence in its estates and developments nationwide.
ALI also received a Gold Stevie for its official internal magazine, Groundbreakers, which was created to further strengthen ALI’s values among employees and enable them to incorporate these values into day-to-day operations. ALI subsidiary Amaia Land won another Gold Stevie for Real Estate Marketing Campaign of the Year for its Uwi na Tayo sa Amaia OFW Campaign.
“We are grateful for these recognitions from the International Business Awards as we continue to focus on excellence in all aspects of our organization. Our goal remains to uplift and enrich lives by providing the highest quality of products and services to our stakeholders and to communities nationwide,” said Chrissy Roa, Head of Marketing and Communications.
ALI’s Alveo Land won a Silver Stevie as Real Estate Company of the Year, while Ayala Malls Abreeza’s Grateful Wall also received a Silver Stevie for Community Engagement Campaign of the Year. Other Silver Stevie Winners were U.P. Town Center’s Artists’ Alley for Engaged Community of the Year, and Amaia’s official Facebook account as Most Innovative Facebook Page.
ALI’s Bronze Stevie recipients included its Festival of Lights Virtual Edition as Consumer Brand Experience of the Year. This is the second year for the virtual show to be recognized for creating an immersive experience for its audiences. Despite limited public events during the holiday celebration, the digital lights and sound show was able to bring together families and friends both here and abroad.
Also winning bronze awards were AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corporation for its Achievement in Growth, and Avida Land’s Your Next Best Move as Branded Content Campaign of the Year. Makati Development Corporation also won two Bronze Stevies for Human Resources Department and IT Team of the Year.
