A masterplanned mixed-use development that honors local pride and spirit and generates new growth, with commercial lots for sale in the heart of Tarlac City.

Rising economic center

A modern población where locals converge

Cresendo in Tarlac City is a 290-ha. mixed-use estate located about 15 minutes from New Clark City and just 3 kilometers from the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX).

Newly launched in the last quarter of 2019, this Tarlac estate will have a 32-hectare urban core that includes the Cresendo Industrial Park, already partly leased to manufacturing as well as logistics and distribution business locators. Cresendo also offers 500-2,000 sqm commercial lots for sale to light and medium businesses in Tarlac that operate in non-polluting industries.

Its urban core will also feature a town plaza, hospital, a school managed by Don Bosco Technical Institute, as well as market and retail areas.

Cresendo is building parkways for pedestrians, new bike lanes, and will develop the scenic 7-hectare River Terraces, with viewing decks, jogging paths, and a rainwater catchment system. Avida will launch Cresendo’s first low-rise residential project, with brand new house and lots for sale in Tarlac City toward the end of 2020 or early 2021.

A Modern Local Community

Cresendo aims to enrich the lives of its residents. It’s designed to connect lives, create business and work opportunities, and foster a strong community spirit in sustainable mixed-use estate development.

Generating jobs

The Cresendo Industrial Park (CIP) will feature 21 one-hectare lots and accommodate new businesses that may initially generate as much as 2,000 new jobs, contributing to the ever-growing economy of Tarlac, and by extension, that of Central Luzon.

A Prime Location

Cresendo is strategically located and easily accessible via SCTEX and major thoroughfares that connect it to other key cities and economic hubs across central and northern Luzon.
