    Preliminary Screening

    Resumes are screened versus the requirements of available positions.

    Human Resource Interview & Assessment

    The candidates go through an interview conducted by members of the Human Resources Group.

    Candidates go through profiling assessment.

    Interview & Approval Of Unit

    The candidates go through an interview conducted by members of the Human Resources Group.

    The interviews may be conducted either one-on-one or by panel.Based on the overall assessment of the candidate, the management department will make the final decision.

    Job Offer and Medical Examination

    Candidates who successfully pass the screening processes will be requested to see HR for an in-depth discussion of the company's offer which covers total remuneration package, career opportunities and job function.

    Candidates will be required to undergo a medical examination to ascertain that they are physically fit for hiring.

    Submission of Pre-Employment Requirements

    Those who accept the job offer will be required to complete pre-employment requirements which will be submitted to HR prior to their hiring.
