The Residences at Evo City by Alveo launches

Alveo Land is launching The Residences at Evo City, the first residential development in Ayala Land’s upcoming prime Central Business District (CBD) in Kawit, Cavite.

Located in the southern portion of the district, it is a sprawling village envisioned to enhance living experience with choice amenities such as  a main park and smaller cluster parks situated around the subdivision. It will have a clubhouse with a function room and board room, a lap pool, a lounge pool and a children’s pool for residents to enjoy.

“The Residences at Evo City will offer the ideal living experience in the South. With the seamless synergy of all the Ayala brands involved, Evo City will become a prime CBD that will drive growth and progress in Cavite. This will be an estate that delivers complete work and living experiences in a well-masterplanned and sustainable environment,” said Jennylle S. Tupaz, Alveo Land President.

Evo City in Kawit, Cavite will be the next CBD of the South and one of the most prime commercial and residential destinations in the country. Bordered by the Centennial Road, Kalayaan Road and the soon-to-be developed Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX), it is currently accessible through CAVITEX, C5, EDSA, SLEX and NAIA Expressway.  Future government infrastructure projects such as CALAX, Cavite C5 Southlink and the Southwest Integrated Transport System will also enhance access to the estate.

Ayala Land’s various units lead the development of the Evo City’s key components. These include a lifestyle mall by Ayala Malls, a hotel by AyalaLand Hotels and Resorts Corporation, office developments by Ayala Land Offices, and residential offerings by Alveo Land. Civic spaces for parks and plazas, a school, a church, and a hospital complete the estate. In addition, other Ayala companies such as Globe Telecom and Manila Water will be tapped to develop the communication and water systems of the estate.

Alveo Land is targeting P7.4 billion sales for its residential subdivision in Ayala Land’s newest mixed-use estate. Phase 1 of the subdivision will offer 395 lots for sale with an average size of 326 sqm. Indicative average selling price is at P30,000/sqm, and average total contract price is P9.7 million. Turnover of The Residences at Evo City will be in 2020.
