eBloc 4 is a mid-rise office building situated on the northern side of Cebu IT Park (CITP) beside eBloc 1 and across residential project Avida Riala. Once completed, this development will have a total Gross Leasable Area (GLA) of 15,845 square meters. This 12-storey building will be composed of seven office floors, four podium parking floors and retail spaces on the ground floor.
