The groundbreaking of the Taguig City Integrated Terminal Exchange (TCITx) marks a major milestone in the development of Arca South, paving the way for enhanced connectivity and mobility in Metro Manila. This transport hub, spanning 5 hectares, is designed to accommodate up to 160,000 passengers and 5,200 vehicles daily, offering a seamless commuting experience with direct integration into the North-South Commuter Railway (NSCR) and Metro Manila Subway Project (MMSP). The TCITx is expected to be fully operational by 2028.

Arca South Estate’s connectivity is strengthened by its link to the Southeast Metro Manila Expressway (SEMME) or Skyway Stage 4, which is contingent on the development of the Taguig City Integrated Terminal Exchange (TCITx). This integration establishes Arca South as a key gateway, enhancing accessibility and positioning it as a major convergence hub for both public and private transport. With seamless connections to the subway and railway systems, provincial and city buses, as well as the Jeepney AUV terminal, Arca South is set to become a vital transit-oriented destination.

Luxury and convenience converge with six residential developments from Avida, Alveo, and Ayala Land Premier, making Arca South a complete urban hub and the gateway to the south. With seamless connectivity to Metro Manila, it is on track to becoming the next-generation CBD.

The integration of TCITX and SEMME into Arca South Estate is the result of a strategic collaboration between Ayala Land, the Department of Transportation (DOTr), the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), the Department of National Defense (DND), the Veterans Federation of the Philippines (VFP), the Toll Regulatory Board (TRB) and San Miguel Corporation. These transformative projects will reshape Metro Manila’s transport landscape by providing alternative routes, alleviating congestion, and significantly improving travel times.

Aligned with the government’s “Build Better More” agenda, the DOTr continues to spearhead major advancements in the Philippines’ Road transportation sector. Under the leadership of Transportation Secretary Jaime J. Bautista, the government is implementing sweeping reforms and large-scale infrastructure initiatives in close partnership with both public and private sectors.

Projects like TCITX and SEMME are critical to enhancing urban mobility and reinforcing seamless connectivity across Metro Manila and beyond.

As Ayala Land continues to build vibrant and sustainable communities, these transport infrastructure projects reinforce the company’s commitment to enhancing urban mobility and fostering economic growth. With Arca South now more connected than ever, the estate is set to redefine modern urban living and business opportunities in Metro Manila.
