Overview

We continue to set the pace and trend in the development of shopping centers in the country. Our malls are not merely places to shop. They have also become lifestyle and cultural centers that celebrate the best in Filipino architecture, artistry, and design. Through our malls around the country, we bring the good life to Filipinos, addressing not only their basic needs, but also creating vibrant community hubs. Developed using unique and memorable concepts, each Ayala mall is made to be distinct. Creativity, innovation and originality are crucial to the way we build and operate our malls.

Solenad

A continuously evolving shopping hub at the heart of Nuvali, Ayala Land’s sprawling eco-city in Laguna, south of Metro Manila. Solenad offers diverse retail and dining options to cater to the residents and BPO professionals of Nuvali. Lush greeneries and open spaces surround the establishments of Solenad, offering a relaxed and leisurely shopping experience.

As a part of the sustainable Nuvali estate, Ayala Malls Solenad goes beyond offering just retail spaces for restaurants and shops. It is one of the first malls to highlight an active lifestyle outdoors. It has pedestrian-friendly walkways as well as bike lanes, and takes advantage of natural ventilation.

Solenad also has a two-hectare Activity Park, with a 800 square meter atrium that can serve as an entertainment and events venue. Beautiful pocket gardens are also available to cater to smaller gatherings.
