Fueling progress in eco-tourism estates with Casa Kalaw in Lio & Balay Kogon in Sicogon

Ayala Land has just opened new resort accommodations within its emerging eco-tourism estates, Lio in Palawan and Sicogon Island in Iloilo, driving tourism-related efforts that support its overarching plan to fuel local economic development in various parts of the country.

Casa Kalaw in Lio welcomed its first guests on December 16 with a soft opening of 12 out of its 42 rooms. Inspired by the Filipino family, it is a boutique hotel that provides worry-free comfort and delight for family getaways and intimate gatherings.

The Casa Kalaw team in Lio eco-tourism estate, Palawan Balay Kogon in Sicogon likewise opened on December 16. It is a rustic bed and breakfast (B&B) accommodation that is nestled between breathtaking views of the mountains and seas.

Both offer world-class and eco-friendly facilities and services with a distinct touch of Filipino hospitality.

As a leading developer of sustainable estates, Ayala Land constantly seeks opportunities to contribute to local economic growth and nation-building. Through AyalaLand Hotels and Resorts Corporation (AHRC), the company has ventured into hotels and resorts development and operations to significantly contribute to the growth of the country’s tourism sector.
