About Cebu I.T. Park
Formerly known as Asiatown IT Park, Cebu IT Park (CITP) is a 27-hectare mixed-use business park in Cebu City. The park features modern skyscrapers and buildings with the most concentration of BPO-IT companies in Cebu; hence, the moniker the IT Capital of Cebu. Cebu I.T. Park, a genuinely enterprising zone, became a PEZA-accredited economic zone in 2000, and an IT special economic zone in 2001.
A variety of residential options abound the park, and most of them boast of their sophisticated facilities and amenities. Living inside Cebu I.T. Park has its perks and privileges. Indeed, everything is within a short walk or bike ride away. Popular lifestyle choices from dining choices to boutiques are also within reach. Open spaces and green lawns are the perfect spots to appreciate the picturesque setting.
CITP is home to Garden Bloc where the estate’s largest park can be found together with several homegrown concepts such as Sugbo Mercado, a must-visit food market known for its delectable picks and live music. A few blocks away from Garden Bloc is The Walk, a commercial promenade where the great eats and bars are also located. The Walk offers a wide range of cuisine options, from Philippine and Cebuano dishes to international fusions.
Around the vicinity are recreational activities perfect for residents and workers looking to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. Wellness and sports facilities such as Cebu’s premier golf course, Cebu Country Club, are just a 5-minute drive away. The golf course is literally across CITP.
Soon, Cebu I.T. Park will welcome the Central Bloc, a 500-stall shopping mall within the estate. It will have a state-of-the-art cinema, lots of restaurants, fresh retail concepts, and a supermarket. On top Central Bloc, a Seda Hotel will be constructed. Central Bloc will open later this year (2019) while the hotel will open in 2020.
Central Bloc is more than a commercial hotspot, but more of a business-and-leisure converging point, connecting to The Walk.
Cebu I.T. Park will be home to The Flats, a dormitory-type co-living concept, that will be slated to be operational in 2021.
