Ayala Land wins AIBP ASEAN Enterprise Innovation Award
ALI was recognized by AIBP for its digital initiative called ‘AssistMe’, an internal IT service desk designed to simplify employees’ experience when using applications. The AssistMe IT service application was developed by the company’s Enterprise Technology Division to provide a seamless experience for users of technology services across the group.
AssistMe’s automated and integrated services have resulted in increased efficiency through the use of a service-oriented architecture design, thereby improving customer satisfaction and simultaneously decreasing ticket cancellations and reducing average resolution time.
AIBP said that, along with the other award winners, Ayala Land’s innovative project ‘resonated with the findings in the annual AIBP ASEAN Innovation Survey, with fortifying and upgrading IT infrastructure to meet future demands being one of the top five business objectives in building business resilience’.

The Enterprise Innovation Award was established by industry platform AIBP in 2017 to recognize organizations’ projects to digitally transform their businesses through the adoption of innovative technology. The awards are held annually in the ASEAN countries of Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.
