APMC receives ISO 50001:2018 certification for Energy Management System
Certificate International Philippines has awarded Ayala Property Management Corporation with the globally recognized ISO 50001:2018 certification for Energy Management System last August 12, 2021. APMC is the first property management business in the country to receive the ISO 50001 certification.
“Being certified with ISO 50001 is a true testament to our commitment to sustainability by standardizing the way we optimize operations and make our managed properties as energy efficient as possible. This certification puts APMC ahead of the game and well-positioned to embrace new developments in the energy industry. It also reaffirms our role in contributing to the success of Ayala Land’s Carbon Neutrality Goal by 2022,” President and CEO of APMC, Mr. Laurent Lamasuta, said.
COO and Corporate Chief Engineer Mr. Michael Magpusao also added that the achievement of ISO 50001 demonstrates the organization’s willingness to take an extra mile in addition to the existing compliance with Republic Act 11285 or Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act.

ISO 50001 is APMC’s fourth international standard management system certification along with its earlier attained ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management, ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental Management, and ISO 45001:2018 for Health and Safety Management.
