About Luzon

High potential for growth and progress

Discovering life beyond the metro

Home to our country’s capital, the island of Luzon serves as our country’s seat of government as well a thriving agricultural, industrial and manfacturing zone. To accommodate our steadily growing economy, Luzon has seen major expansions in several key provinces north and south of the capital, including Calabarzon, Bulacan, Pampanga, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Pangasinan, and Camarines.

Three notable cornerstone projects we’ve developed in Luzon are Anvaya Cove in Bataan, Cerilo Nuvali in Laguna, and Alviera in Pampanga. All projects are under the Ayala Land Premier brand. These masterplanned communities have not only provided luxury homes to its residents, but they have also aided in supporting the local economy in their respective areas.

Anvaya Cove Bataan

Careful planning has gone into sculpting the residential resort project that is Anvaya Cove, Ayala Land Premier’s first leisure development project. This sprawling 620-hectare residential community brings you the scenic wonder of Bataan's mountainous terrains, as well as the seas of nearby Subic Bay.

Cerilo Nuvali in Laguna

Experience being one with nature in Cerilo Nuvali. Featuring verdant open spaces, Cerilo is a modern Asian paradise right outside of Santa Rosa, Laguna. This exclusive gated community offers its residents easy access to schools, churches, hospitals, and commercial centers.

Alviera in Pampanga

Emerging soon in Porac, Pampanga is Alviera, Ayala Land Inc.’s latest venture. At 1,800 hectares, this mixed-use estate will have a commercial district, business and industrial park, university zones, retail centers, a country club, and a model residential neighborhood.

ABOUT OUR RESIDENCES

What you can expect from this region

Developing economies

Pampanga and Tarlac now serve as major economic growth corridors, with expansive Ayala Land mixed-use developments in both locations. And thanks to the development of Cavitex and SCTex, transportation to the far Northern provinces (such as Benguet and Tuguegarao) has become quicker and easier than before.

Major agricultural and manufacturing centers

Luzon’s relatively flat topography makes it the ideal location for farming and manufacturing plants. This, coupled with the recent developments in roadwork and highways, has led to the influx in companies and investors looking to set up their businesses in Luzon, particularly in Cavite and Laguna.

Nature and heritage tourism

Luzon is home to a number of the country’s main tourist spots. From mountains to beaches, museums to galleries, there is no shortage of things to see and activities to do on the main island. Key attractions include Palawan, often hailed as one of the best beaches in the world, and Intramuros, Manila’s famed walled city.

Room for expansion

Luzon, being the country’s largest island, has expansive lands ripe for business opportunities. Several business process outsourcing (BPO) companies have established areas for service expansion and have set up their call centers in the provinces surrounding Metro Manila, particularly in Laguna.
