The 240-hectare Bonifacio Global City is a project of the Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation, a joint venture of Ayala Land and Evergreen Holdings. Serendra, on the other hand is a two-level esplanade and is a destination for distinctive international food and retail concepts, situated within a dynamic mixed-use development.
