Project Development is the main driving force behind the different projects of Ayala Land. The Project Development team serves as the general managers of the ALI projects in the residential, malls, offices and land bank businesses.
What do they do?
They ensure marketability and profitability of assigned projects through excellent conceptualization, planning, implementation and delivery.

Architects are the creative force behind the innovative designs of Ayala Land projects. They are tasked to manage the design aspects of projects, ensuring that they meet customer requirements and brand specifications

Planning and design of Ayala Land products - They apply crucial concepts, principles, tools and techniques in designing Ayala Land brands (Engineering and Technology, Site Analysis, Design and Creativity)

Finance enables the company to effectively balance performance improvement, risks and controls.
What do they do?
- Finance practitioners in Ayala Land can either be in a corporate role or assigned specifically to a strategic business unit (SBU). The Corporate Finance Group includes the Accounting, Audit & Systems, Control & Analysis, Investor Relations and Treasury departments. Accounting is generally tasked to perform the systematic recording, reporting, and analysis of financial transactions of business activities.
- The Audit and Systems group is generally tasked to systematically examine records, financial statements as well as processes and procedures to verify their legality, accuracy and correctness according to laws, regulations and standards.
- Control and Analysis is generally tasked to analyze and report on the financial performance of SBUs and projects to provide a basis for management decisions on control of financial and operating activities. Investor Relations acts as an information and communication interface between the company's management and analysts and investors. Treasury is tasked to manage monetary assets and liabilities, financial risks and banking relationships of the company. Each business line of Ayala Land has its own finance team that is generally tasked to perform accounting and control and analysis functions for the business unit. The finance team also ensures that the SBU complies with the reporting requirements of the ALI Corporate Finance Group.

The Marketing group are the specialists in image building and promotion of the Ayala Land brands and products. The job essentially involves communication and persuasion. It is also about identifying a relevant competitive advantage and finding a way to communicate the brand's advantage in a way that will make consumers sit up, take notice and then feel compelled to act upon what that message is telling them. The Sales job is to meet people to understand their needs, and help them realize that their needs will be answered (or their business will flourish) if they buy Ayala Land products & services

Leasing is responsible for the marketing and leasing of commercial, office or retail spaces and the management of tenant/ merchant accounts to ensure that all their concerns are sufficiently addressed.
