The newest retail playground to be situated in the green and natural landscapes of NUVALI, Solenad 2 provides the perfect balance to Solenad 1's carefully handpicked mix of food establishments creating one unique community center. Catering to families and individuals who lead an active and vibrant lifestyle, Solenad 2 sets the backdrop for a satisfying experience of shopping, dining and some quality-time bonding amidst comfortable outdoor surroundings.

To formally launch the development, Solenad 2 saw an intimate gathering of the Ayala Land team and its partners, led by Mr. Antonino T. Aquino, President for Ayala Land, Inc and Hon. Arlene Arcillas, Mayor of Sta. Rosa, Laguna. The guests were later on treated to a hearty brunch as restaurants from Solenad 2 with the likes of LZM Restaurant, Bo's Coffee, Army Navy, Serenitea, Gerry's Grill, Sumo Sam served up a feast of their signature dishes. Solenad 1 restaurants such as Domo Tomo, Italianni's, Pig Out and David's Tea House gave a sample of their popular dishes. The private affair was made more pleasant by the acoustic music of Juris.

Inviting shoppers, diners and tourists alike to explore and discover, Solenad 2 kicked off its opening weekend with a community fair, entitle Plug and Play at Solenad. Kids and teens brought on their competitive sides as they cheered and enthusiastically joined in the game booths of Pop the Balloon, Ring the Bottle and Shooting Gallery. The guests also gamely posed with their friends and families for unlimited photo sessions by the photobooth. Snack booths from the Solenad merchants provided them with their much-needed munchies and sweet treats. Later in the evenings of July 29 and 30, shoppers heard the best of Filipino musical talent with Urbandub and Taken by Cars.

 

The main activity area rocked with screams of delight last July 30 as Filipino football fans got the chance to meet and greet two of the Philippine Azkals – Aly Borromeo and Anton Del Rosario.

 

Despite the rainy weather, families and individuals alike trooped to Solenad 2 to discover and shop at their favorite fashion and specialty hunts such as Aerosoles, Alberto, Bratpack, Collezione, Cushe, DC, Geox, Hush Puppies, Nine West, Officine, Payless Shoes Source, Quiksilver, Res Toe Run, Sebago and Stoked Inc. Bench Fix, Nail-A-Holics, N2 Derm+ and Globe were the first ones to provide that much needed weekend pampering that some of our guests sought for. Army Navy and Seafood Island had their hands full with the score of families who dropped by for a quick meal.
