Color Me Kadayawan

Abreeza Mall culminates its month-long celebration of Kadayawan, the city’s much-awaited abundance festival, with a fun-filled show featuring Bench top endorsers Shaina Magdayao, Sam Concepcion and Rafael Rosell as well as ASAP Rocks stars Gab Valenciano, Megan Young, Angeline Quinto, Bugoy Carino and The G-Force. As soon as the mall opened, the activity center was packed with fans eagerly anticipating the start of the show which was specifically developed by the creative team of ASAP for Abreeza Mall.

In attendance during the show were  Congressman Anton Lagdameo and Mr. Ricky Floirendo of the Anflo Group, Ayala Land’s partner in the Abreeza project. Ayala Land Commercial Business Group Heads, Ms. Rowena Tomeldan and Ms. Cora Dizon, together with the Abreeza Mall team personally welcomed the ASAP and Bench stars to Davao through a special lunch.

Also in line with the Kadayawan festival,  Abreeza Mall made a big splash as its floral float which was themed “Color Me Kadayawan!”, placed first at the “Pamulak sa Kadalanan” or Pamulak Float Parade, the closing activity and highlight of the Kadayawan festival. Abreeza Mall’s float, depicting Davao’s bounty and lush landscape in stunning color and grandeur also incorporated the mall’s launch advertising visuals. Making use of carefully-handpicked selection of flowers and other natural materials, the float truly stood out from the rest, with its focus on well executed design, attention to detail and noteworthy craftsmanship. The float was developed in collaboration with  the Puentespina group, Davao’s premier flower producer. Local craftsmen and women from the community were gathered to work on this award-winning creation. It is Abreeza Mall’s first entry into the Pamulak float parade.
