Celadon Park Tower 2 Tops-Off
To culminate the structural aspect of Alveo Land's integrated community in Celadon Manila, a topping-off ceremony was held last July 28 for Celadon Park Tower 2 to signal the completion of the first half of the project.
According to Alveo Land's Project Director Kiko Francisco, “Topping-off ceremony is to commemorate the milestone in structural works where we celebrate the last placement or pouring of structural concrete. Technically, we completed half of the project. The finishing works like architectural, plumbing, electrical and fire protection will be in full swing from here-on. Topping-off also symbolizes the completion of the top floor, however not yet complete, but it has reached its final and maximum height&;rdquo;.
