Ayala Land Businesscapes topped off its latest project in Makati, the 24-storey Vertex One, last June 12, 2008. Promising to be the next BPO business address of choice in the MCBD, the Vertex One building will offer approximately 46,868 sq.m. of leasable space. Designed to cater to BPO firms, the building boasts of a large 3,300 sqm open floor plate, IT/Telco redundancies, 100% back-up power, flexible a/c system and high-speed, large capacity zoned-elevators. Occupants will also enjoy the convenience of 24/7 retail spaces on the ground floor and the elevated walkway connection, which directly links the building to the Ayala Center complex. General contractor, Makati Development Corp., is tasked to complete the project by end-2008.
