For every purchase of four (4) tickets of the film, AUSTRALIA at the participating cinemas within the promo period, the customer is entitled to participate in Ayala Malls Cinemas' See Australia on Reel. See Australia for Real. Promo. |

Moviegoer is given one (1) reffle coupon for a single receipt purchase of four (4) Australia movie tickets. |
| 3. |
Raffle coupons must be filles out with the complete name, address, contact number/s, email address and signature. |
| 4. |
Raffle coupons must be dropped at the designated drop boxes at the lobbies. |
| 5. |
Prizes Include:
a. One (1) winner of Manila-Sydney-Manila trip good for two, via Qantas Airlines and 3 nights accomodation at The Menzies. |

Plane tickets are transferable, but non-refundable and not convertible to cash. Booking can only be transferred once, and is subject to flight availability on V class and must be made a minimum of ten (10) working days prior to travel. Schedule of travel must be from March 1 - 15, 2009 and June 1 - December 14, 2009. In cases of rebooking, penalty charges will be collected from the passengers, in addition to the applicable service fees. Tickets must be issued no later than March 31, 2009 and will be valid for one year from commencement of travel has been issued, it can not be tranferable. |

Processing of the necessary required document / visa applications shall be the responsibility of the winner. |

Taxes and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize/s shall be shouldered by the winner. |

Deadline for submission of the raffle entries is 12:00 MN of February 11, 2009. |

The Raffle will be drawn of February 12, 2009 at 4:00 PM at the Ayala Theatres Managstrongent, Inc. Office, Glorietta 4, Ayala Center, Makati City with an Ayala Theatres Management, Inc. representative and a DTI representative. |

Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification shall be forfeited with prior approval of DTI. |

Winner will be notified through registered mail and phone call. His/her name shall be posted at the respective cinema lobbie's announcement boards. |

Prizes can be claimed at the Ayala Malls Cinema, 5th Floor Ayala Center, Makati City. Winner must present two (2) valid IDs and the notice received thru registered mail. |
| 14. |
Employees of Ayala Theatres Management, Inc. and participating outlets including their relative up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity of affinity are disqualified from the promo. |
