Rising above the Makati City skyline is the newly-built Dela Rosa Tower One (Solaris One), owned by Ayala Land, Inc. designed and built by Makati Development Corporation. Located along Dela Rosa Street within Legazpi Village, this 24-storey BPO building has a maximum gross floor area of 57,792 square meters and a minimum gross leasable area of 46,868 square meters.

Solaris One is specially designed to handle 24/7 operations as it aims to meet the needs of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Information Technology (IT) and IT-enabled service (ITES) companies. This new establishment is nothing but state-of-the-art, as it boasts of a large and stylish Ground Floor Lobby and Reception area, a Building Envelope System (exterior architectural finishing) comprised of aluminum composite panels, louvers and glass windows.

The building is also equipped with a sophisticated Building Management System (BMS), which includes auto monitoring during operation of AHU’s and chillers. An Elevator Management System (EMS) is also installed to help ease the flow of people on the building’s nineteen (19) elevators and one (1) escalator, backed up by a strong Building Emergency System in case of power failure. Solaris One also boasts of a hi-tech Building Security System – which includes an X-ray machine at the main entrance, electronic gate barriers at the parking entrance, card access for tenants, turnstiles for offices, and CCTV cameras installed on all elevators. The building also has a spacious above ground parking lot, which holds up to (665) slots for parking.

Construction of the building started in January 2007 and was completed on December 15, 2008. In February 2009, a multinational BPO firm, owned by a member of the so-called Big 3 in the oil & gas industry, relocated its call center operations, housing its offices from the 15th to 24th Floor of the building.
