Last August 15, 2008 marked the 34th anniversary of MDC. The company held a simple celebration at the Verdana Homes Clubhouse in Bacoor, Cavite. The event was capped off with a Thanksgiving Mass. It was an occasion for all the employees from various projects in different parts of Metro Manila to gather together and renew its commitment to the organization.

Despite all the trials of the past, MDC stands high and mighty as it sets out to conquer new challenges and continue its quest for excellence in providing quality service and nation-building. Thirty-four years has passed, but still MDC holds closest to its heart the values of this company. All its employees share the same vision and together they will move forward, breaking new grounds for a better future!
