On January 2008, Marquee Place will launch its Western Contemporary themed house and lot units. 

All houses will have an open plan at the ground floor, giving you a sweeping view of the living room, dining room and kitchen. There are 5 unit types to choose from, with floor areas ranging from148 sq.m. to 248 sq.m.  In preparation for the launch, model units are already being built, and will be ready for viewing by early next year.

At the same time, installation of utilities, concreting of roads and construction of amenities are currently at 50% completion – right on schedule with our projected time table. The construction of the main clubhouse and main entrance to the exclusive community has also been finished last June.
