A photo exhibit titled City Transitions held at Celadon Manila’s Village Park draws attention to the changes that the San Lazaro has undergone since the start of the project. At Celadon Residences’ Village Park, guests were treated to soothing spa treatments which were doubly rejuvenating as they were surrounded by nearly 35, 000 square meters of open spaces. “Sprawling greens are now a rarity in the city,” says Gutierrez “But through Celadon Manila’s endeavors we hope that it sparks a trend in the city and would one day become the norm in all future establishments.”
Over at the gazebo a Relaxation Station devoted to aroma and taste was set up for guests. Here guests can choose to concoct their own massage oils, room sprays and potpourri packets or come up with their own tea mixture from the tea bar. “Can you just imagine spending a cozy afternoon just lounging by pool, having a massage with your personalized massage oils at Celadon Park’s private massage cabanas while sipping tea?” says Gutierrez “Because at Celadon Manila that’s what we mean by leisure.”
Kids, on the other hand, played the cross over game where they have rode a raft to go from one end of the pool to the other by tugging on a rope laid across the length of the pool.
Aside from the kiddie pool Celadon Residences has other fully completed amenities such as a clubhouse pavilion, 25-meter swimming pool, kids’ zone with outdoor play equipment, open playfield, basketball/multi-purpose court and lush landscaping.
No stranger to transformation, Celadon Manila has been leading urban renewal efforts in the city starting by effortlessly combining three unique components – residential (Celadon Residences and Celadon Park), business (VertexOne) and retail (Shops at Celadon) – co-existing in absolute synergy.
