The Columns, Legaspi Village

Contruction at The Columns Legazpi Village (TCLV) is stepping up and is rapidly moving ahead of schedule with 87% actual completion at Tower One and 59% actual completion at Tower Two.

The ceremonial Top-Off of Tower Two was already held during the last quarter of 2009, marking a significant milestone in construction.

Mock-up units at Tower One have also been opened for viewing last November, where interested buyers may view select units in their final turn-over state.

With all works on-schedule for both towers, The Columns Legazpi Village will soon deliver stylish and soulful living a few steps for everything.
